Students participate in programs of study in music, art, library and Spanish as an enrichment of the academic curriculum. St. John Vianney School is proud to offer STREAM
(Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) inspired learning, which is made possible through the integration of the enrichment curriculum.
SJV is proud of its art program. Throughout the year, students in TK-8th grade study the works of classical and contemporary artists from around the world. Each grade concentrates on a particular artist while examining their individual style and technique. Students then take their knowledge and create their own masterpieces using various materials.
Spanish introduces students TK-8th grade to the basic vocabulary, conversational idioms, grammatical structures, and phonetic characteristics of the language. Students are encouraged to communicate in an authentic environment by incorporating reading, writing, and speaking skills.
